A CFA charterholder (cleared all 3 levels in 1 go), a Mechanical Engineer from Delhi University and an MBA from IIM Kolkatta.

Worked for marquee organizations like HSBC, GE Capital and Kotak Investment Bank till the trading bug which had bitten me in my student days finally overpowered me to venture out and earn my living by trading futures and options on Nifty in 2010. Since then, I have successfully compounded my capital by trading algorithmic models on Nifty and BankNifty.

I also track global markets like the SnP500, HangSeng, Bitcoin etc and have devised algorithms that work in these markets well.

In my trading journey, there were many challenges, starts and stops and even periods when I contemplated if it was worth it given the opportunity cost of high paying corporate jobs (IT IS) and I so wished there was someone who I could turn to for guidance on how best to navigate forward – the idea of starting this website and offering the services that I do is to share with you my experience and learnings over more than 12 years and counting which will hopefully help you be a better version of yourself much quicker.

It is expressly clarified that I do not have any license from any securities regulator in any country and neither this website nor in any interaction will I talk specific securities or specific strategies because I firmly believe that these are very individual things – what works for me may not work for you.

I do however will help you develop and hone the basic thinking process and intellectual framework which will hopefully make you a better investor or trader.
